T&Cs
Duration of the consultation: 50-min for Option A OR 2 x videos delivered in up to 4 working days for Option B (in busy periods there might be delays but I will always get in touch with you to inform you about this)
Format: Video call (Zoom) or a meeting (if based in Dublin) for Option A OR Downloadable videos (mp4 format). I can record and send you our video call if you specifically request this in advance. All video materials are stored on a 3rd party website (Dropbox) for a maximum of 3 days after the completion of the service, so please download all materials accordingly.
Focus areas: Feel free to prepare questions and send them in advance or write them down for the session. I take an individual approach for each customer and my role would be to advise and guide you. Please note that I might refer you to a specific package/service or direct you to another consultant if I believe they would be a better option for you.

Can I book the consultation for another person? Yes, absolutely, but please ensure they are aware of the T&Cs and will prepare accordingly.
Confidentiality: I will be taking notes during the conversation for the purpose of getting to know you and providing adequate support. Please note that any personal data such as your CV, Cover letter and others are removed once we complete our collaboration. The only written data I keep is our email interaction. I do not work as a recruitment specialist but can provide you with resources that you can use in the future based on your discretion.
Return and Refund Policy / Cancellations: The total fee you have paid (minus Squarespace processing fee) will be refunded to you if you cancel > 24h prior to the session. Alternatively, you can reach out to reschedule the appointment. There will be no refund if you cancel less than 24h prior to your appointment or after a completed service.
