My Story

“Vox” is inspired by the Latin phrase “Vox populi” which means “the voice of the people/the tribe”.

We are in a People to People business. Hence why all voices must be heard and an individual approach must be adopted. This is the only way to establish a proper relationship whether it is with your colleagues/employees internally or externally with partners and candidates.

I want to empower people to find the right opportunity at the right time with the right company. On another hand, my goal is to educate employers on what are the best talent practices from day 1.

I act as your Trusted People Partner or Fractional Talent Lead to ensure you build the strategy, processes, and systems that your team truly needs.

I have been partnering with eager startups in the tech space that cannot afford (or do not want to have) a full-time HR or Recruiter onsite. I DON’T want you to count on recruitment agencies for hiring support and spend substantial amounts on success fees and employer brand activities without knowing HOW to get the right talent on board.

Coming from a small country in the Balkans, paid for my own tuition and development, I never thought I would get where I am now. It took me months to get my first HR job, months to move abroad, and years to build up my confidence. I developed strong expertise in talent acquisition, retention and management, employer brand, interview preparation, and internal best practices.
