WHAT IS INCLUDED:
4 x 20 mins (approx.) personalized downloadable videos you can watch anytime. The goal of these videos is to give you the right directions to ensure everything is “recruiter-friendly” - then I will be happy to review the final versions of your CV and LinkedIn profile. The videos focus on:
Providing clear guidance for your LinkedIn profile and maximizing your presence on the biggest professional platform - what to do and what NOT to do
Deep dive on creating an AI and Recruiter-proof CV (structure, format, sections, ideas for wording) for your brother
Optimizing your LinkedIn presence to find the right employers and jobs (if applicable)
2 x Individual calls - intro + Interview practice (20 mins each)
2 x TIPSHEETS with the most important elements for your CV and LinkedIn profile that you can follow on your own
A list of REMOTE resources (job boards, companies, and social media groups if relevant)
Email support for up to 3 weeks for both of you after the package is completed (for questions related to the job hunt or LinkedIn)
Bonus: A template for a Cover Letter :)

Standard timelines: up to 8 working days (in busy periods there might be delays but I will always get in touch with you to inform you about this). All video materials are stored on a 3rd party website (Dropbox) for a maximum of 3 days after the completion of any service, so please download all materials accordingly.
How can I get in touch with you? I will get in touch once the purchase is completed successfully. Please prepare your CV, Cover letter and a link to your LinkedIn profile. For further queries, please send an email to: radina@vox-advisory.com
Can I book this service for another person? Yes, absolutely, but please ensure they are aware of the T&Cs and will prepare accordingly.
Confidentiality: Please note that personal data such as your CV, Cover letter and others are deleted once we complete our collaboration to comply with the privacy regulations and GDPR. The only written data I keep is our email interaction. The materials provided to you are not to be distributed without my written consent for any commercial or other use. I do not work as a recruitment specialist but I can share with you resources that you can use in the future based on your discretion.
Return and Refund Policy: Due to the nature of these services, the time invested and the personal approach I take with every client, there is no refund offered once the interaction has started (e.g. you have sent your details over email). If for any reason you have to cancel >24h prior to the start of our collaboration, you will receive a full refund minus the Squarespace processing fee.
